Got an old heavy mountain bike and some hiking boots for keep fit stuff. Bass plugging in the summer, listening to music, going to gigs. Maybe a bit of very bad wakeboarding from me if mates are taking their boats out.

Ive dabbled in some photography too over the years. Got into a lot more the last 4 years or so, even moreso now Im laid up injured.

I play percussion... I do NOT play kit!
Used to do the odd bit of session work back in the day when I lived in B'ham, but now that I'm out in the sticks (!!!no pun!!!) there isn't much call for anything remotely non-mainstream, like congas, bongos, bodhran and all that. I missed playing so I set up a samba band...not my first choice, because most of the players in most samba bands can't keep a rhythm, let alone do anything flash, but better than nothing.

Example of one of the bands I used to play with. Not everybody's tastes, but you get the idea. Sax player in this band was brilliant. Me on congas.

Now playing with one local band and providing some of the musical backing for a capoeira group. I hope to take up full training with them once my hand/arm heals up.

Used to do a lot of long distance road cycling...got kids now, so that aint gonna happen.
