Default Ideal water temperature range for Dow core??

Hi all,
I am heading to Portugal in September and was wondering if the waetr would be too warm for my Dow core (with rods) board. Does anyone know what temperature range is suitable for Dow? I have a Polypro board that i could take instead.

That water is not that warm and I used my PE in June last year and I'll be using it again this October. Both in the Algarve.
